Printed colours may differ slightly from your screen. Image detail depends on the quality of the photograph supplied and the final layout.

No two companions leave behind the same story. Personalise your memorial with the details that made yours unforgettable.

You don't need a professional photograph. Choose the image that brings your companion back to mind.

• Choose a clear, high-resolution photograph where possible.
• Make sure your pet's face and important features are clearly visible.
• Natural, even lighting usually provides the clearest detail.
• Original photographs are preferred over screenshots or heavily compressed images.
• Try to avoid photographs where important parts of your pet's face are hidden or out of focus.

Your pet's photograph, name, memorial dates and message are thoughtfully brought together to create a balanced tribute with your companion at the centre.

Available design and personalisation options are shown on this product page. Please enter all names, dates and wording exactly as you would like them to appear.

Please carefully review the photograph and personalisation information you provide before submitting your order.

Because this is a personalised product, changes may not be possible once your memorial has entered production.

Each Personalised Pet Memorial Plaque is made to order using your photograph and personalisation details.

Please contact us before ordering for the current production estimate, especially if you need your memorial for a particular date.

Your personalised plaque is dispatched after production is complete. Please check available delivery destinations and shipping charges before placing your order.

Once your memorial has been completed and dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.

A gentle cleaning routine will help keep your pet’s photograph and wording looking their best.

• Lift away loose dust or garden debris with a clean, soft cloth before wiping the surface.
• For light marks, use a soft cloth lightly dampened with water, then gently dry the surface.
• Avoid abrasive pads, stiff brushes, solvents and harsh cleaning products on the printed surface.
• Do not scrape the image, use a pressure washer or leave the plaque submerged in water.
• For garden display, remove leaves and soil regularly and avoid positions where water collects.
• Choose a secure display position away from foot traffic and garden tools. Ask us about suitable mounting before using adhesives or drilling.
