Every companion leaves a different story behind. Personalise your plaque with the details that feel most meaningful to yours.

If your selected design includes a paw print, please upload a clear image of your pet’s paw print so we can incorporate it into your personalised memorial.

• Upload a clear, high-resolution image of your pet’s paw print where possible.
• Make sure the entire paw print is visible and not cropped or covered.
• Choose an image with good contrast between the paw print and the background.
• A clean, simple background will help us capture the paw print more accurately.
• Original images are preferred over screenshots or heavily compressed files.
• Paw print images only — pet photographs are not required.

Your selected design and personalisation details are brought together to create an engraved memorial with your companion at the centre.

Please enter the design option, names, dates and memorial wording exactly as you would like them to appear. If your chosen design uses a photograph, provide a good-quality image for preparation.

Please carefully review all names, dates, wording, design choices and any photograph supplied before your memorial enters production.

Because this is a personalised product, changes may not be possible once production has begun.

Stainless steel is durable and weather resistant, but gentle routine care will help keep the memorial surface looking its best.

• Remove loose dust and debris with a clean, soft cloth.
• For light marks, wipe gently with a soft cloth dampened with clean water and dry afterwards.
• Avoid abrasive pads, stiff brushes and harsh chemical cleaners on the engraved surface.
• For outdoor display, check the plaque and its mounting periodically to make sure it remains secure.
