Personalised Pet Memorial Stone Slate Plaque Heart Shape Dog Cat Photo Grave Marker
Create a lasting place for the companion you'll always remember.
The Personalised Pet Memorial Slate Plaque transforms your pet's photograph, name, dates and personal message into a meaningful tribute, thoughtfully designed to honour the life and memories you shared.
Crafted with a heartfelt heart-shaped natural slate profile, this personalised memorial stone creates a peaceful place to pause and remember the everyday moments you shared, whether displayed at home or in a dedicated garden space.
Product Details
As each heart-shaped plaque is hand-cut from real natural slate, minor natural variations in edge texture and surface grain make every piece uniquely one-of-a-kind. Printed colours may differ slightly from your screen due to monitor settings.
Personalise Yours
No two companions leave behind the same story. Personalise your memorial slate with the exact details that made yours unforgettable.
Upload a favourite photograph of your pet to feature as the heart of the plaque.
Add the name that will always hold a special place in your heart.
Include years or specific dates (e.g., 2013 - 2026) to mark their precious time with you.
Add a heartfelt tribute, short quote, or comforting phrase to complete the plaque.
Choosing the Right Photo
You don't need a professional photograph. Choose the image that brings your companion back to mind most fondly.
- Choose a clear, high-resolution original photograph where possible.
- Ensure your pet's face and eyes are well-lit and clearly visible.
- Natural daylight usually provides the best clarity and colour contrast against dark slate.
- Avoid dark, blurry, low-resolution screenshots or heavily cropped photos.
- Make sure key features (ears, nose, collar) fit naturally within a heart-shaped silhouette.
The most meaningful photograph isn't always the most perfect one. Choose the image that feels most like them.

Care Instructions
Follow these simple care tips to preserve the vibrant print on your natural slate stone:
- Gently wipe away dust or loose soil with a soft, clean dry microfibre cloth.
- For deeper cleaning, wipe using a soft cloth dampened with plain water, then pat dry immediately.
- Do not use abrasive sponges, steel wool, harsh chemicals, bleaches, or solvent cleaners on the printed slate face.
- For outdoor garden placement, positioning in a semi-sheltered area away from extreme direct sun or standing water will extend the life of the print.
Designed for remembrance. Made to give their memory a place to remain.
